Strength, Mobility & Lifestyle (SML) Course

Our most comprehensive program to completely transform your understanding and application of health and fitness is our SML course. This started out as a fitness course to learn exercise routines, and matured into a comprehensive guide to approach each aspect of good health. This course is a combination of theory and practice to understand natural movement and implement the most important healthy habits to keep you in great shape and improve the quality of your life. This course will cover in-depth the 6 essential aspects of good physical health.

  1. Nutrition
  2. Exercise
  3. Posture
  4. Sleep
  5. Breathwork
  6. Toxins

Classes will be every Sunday via Zoom for 2 hours in sha Allah. There will be 16 sessions in total. At the end, you will in sha Allah walk away with an understanding of health and fitness that will allow you to keep yourself strong and active for a long time, and also to help others.

If you complete the necessary requirements to be certified by Qawi Fitness as a Strength & Mobility Trainer (SMT), you can start your own fitness service. You may also be offered the opportunity to join the Qawi team and contribute to our movement in a relevant capacity, either as an SMT, Lifestyle Consultant, or back-end role such as media or corporate engagement. In sha Allah we will work as a community and you’ll have the opportunity to keep in touch and keep learning the art of healthy living even after our certification ends.

Exercise Module

Your Course Instructor will first teach about important concepts related to fitness, and the different type of exercise goals. There will be a lot of theory, as we first need to develop the right mindset amidst all of the misinformation that the current fitness culture is promoting.

Once you understand the important principles related to exercise, we’ll move into practical lessons in which we will teach our trademark routines that we use to work with athletes, teenagers, working professionals, and many more people for their varied goals. We will teach how to adjust the exercises based on people’s profiles, and then you’ll get the actual opportunity to teach classes. This practical aspect of our certification is something beyond what you get in almost any other fitness certification available.

Lifestyle Habits Module

As a fitness service that is genuinely interested in developing healthy individuals and a healthy community, we cannot emphasize enough the importance to taking a holistic and well-rounded approach and addressing all of the key factors related to good health. With exercise, you may start looking and feeling healthier as your body shape starts to transform, but if it is not supported with lifestyle changes, then slowly but surely your health will continue to deteriorate and your organs will start to suffer.

This course takes over 10 years of research, questions, mistakes, lessons, certifications, articles, and studies, and puts it together into one complete package of information to take control of your health in sha Allah. You will be provided with plans of action, routines and resource lists to practically implement what you are learning, with guidance and support by your Course Instructor along the way.
