Group Fitness Classes
Our flagship service and personal favorite is the group fitness program. These classes are an opportunity to exercise in a social setting and build lasting relations with like-minded individuals with similar goals to upgrade their health. With your Strength & Mobility Coach (SMC) motivating and instructing you and group members rooting you on, you can expect to reach levels beyond what you assumed as you take on tough exercise routines as a unit. But no one person is treated as a product- everyone’s individual progress is accounted for and exercises are tailored accordingly.
In our group fitness sessions, we offer a variety of different classes, including Strength & Mobility, Calisthenics, Core Blast, Athletic Performance, Boxing, and Yoga. Classes are available in both the mornings and evenings.
As we truly believe that true health requires a holistic approach, you can expect regular advice for healthy habits such as sleep and nutrition. Some of our classes also incorporate powerful breathing techniques for mindfulness and stronger lungs.
